right: the humming bird queen drifts along in the moon light. scattered among the trees are little scraps of paper with notes written in bright red sugar water. occasionally i find them still. i bend down and pick them up; the messages are often unclear.

the night watchman watching his watch notes the hours we have lost logs our dreams in a tiny book later on we'll have a look
right long ears held the letter in his right hand. he put the revolver to his head and fired. ‘pop’ went the gun and out came a little white flag with the words "congratulations you fool" written on it. long ears closed his eyes and fell asleep.

sometimes you can see her footprints on the wet grass or mud in other pictures. the painter rarely notices them and often mistakes them as smudges and paints them out.
